IntegriCo manufactures composite railway crossties and construction matting from 100% recycled plastic that would otherwise be landfilled. COVID-19 and the subsequent supply chain disruptions caused IntegriCo to shut down production in 2020. IntegriCo resumed operations in August 2022 in a highly-distressed low-income community in a Persistent Poverty County.  IntegriCo is working in conjunction with Parish officials to expand capacity, including adding a second shift to double production capacity and divert 6.6MM pounds of plastic from landfills per year.
